CONDOLENCES ARE POURING IN FROM ALL OVER FOR THE ANTI-APARTHEID LEADER. HERE IN KINGSTON, REGISTERED “BOOKS OF REMEMBRANCE” HAVE BEEN SET UP AT LOCAL FUNERAL HOMES.  PEOPLE HAVE UNTIL DECEMBER 16TH TO SIGN THE BOOKS AND OFFER THEIR CONDOLENCES …. BEFORE THEY ARE SENT TO THE 95-YEAR OLD’S FAMILY. THE HEAD OF GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT STUDIES AT QUEEN’S UNIVERSITY SAYS MANDELA’S PASSING MAY BE A SOMBRE OCCASION — BUT IT’S ALSO A TIME TO CELEBRATE.
