Provincial Police say a man who escaped from Collins Bay Institution’s minimum security unit is back in custody.
Cale Presnail, 40, was arrested at just after 9 a.m. today in Kingston, “possibly in a park,” police say.
Presnail had been serving a life sentence for second degree murder in connection with the beating death of a Wisconsin bus driver in Hamilton in 1998.
He walked away from Collins Bay on Monday evening.
Kingston Police made the arrest, with help from the OPP’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Unit.
