The annual Terry Fox run takes place this Sunday at St. Lawrence college.
But organizers say they are still looking for about 30 volunteers to help make the event a success.
There will be a 2 and 5 kilometre course … and the cost to enter is a donation.
All the money goes to the Terry Fox Foundation where 84 cents of every dollar goes to cancer research.
Organizers say volunteers are needed on the course, when the run starts at 9 o’clock
“Because we are not a closed course and to ensure safety we want to have route marshals at every intersection to ensure that everybody is safe and taken care of, so that right there is at least 30 people that we need on route and cheering everybody on we have registration table, we have merchandise table.”
