Kingston-area employers expect a “steady” hiring climate for the fourth quarter of this year. That’s according to the latest employment outlook by Manpower. The survey reveals that 17-percent of employers plan to hire extra staff between October and December. On the flip-side, 10-percent of employers plan cutbacks.
