People who have visited or been a patient at Providence Care may receive phone calls in the coming weeks about a survey. It’s part of a research study comparing the old and new hospitals.
The new hospital for patients at St. Mary’s of the Lake and Providence Care Mental Health Services will be complete in April.
The 45 minute survey is anonymous, and has two parts. Part one is underway, and part two will be done next summer based on the new hospital.
“It might as for feedback about a waiting room, or about a common area or an inpatient room, and then you provide that. It’s quite straight forward. It does take a little bit of time but the feedback and information that’s going into this study is really going to be valuable and it will inform how hospitals are designed in the province for years to come.” – Jenn Goodwin, Community Relations, Communications Officer Providence Care
