A Kingston man is facing an impaired driving charge after trying to flee a single vehicle collision.

Kingston Police received report at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday that a pick-up truck had crashed into a utility police on Bath Road near Frontenac Secondary School.

The truck had also taken down a street lamp pole.
