Brockville General reviewing vaccine storage

If you recently received a tetanus shot at Brockville General Hospital’s emergency room you are being asked to get a booster shot.

The hospital announced today it has “detected inconsistent temperatures” in the tetanus vaccine storage area of the ER.

The inconsistencies could have caused problems with the vaccine.

Hospital officials recommend contacting your family doctor to get a booster dose of the vaccine.

Work is being done to correct the problem in the storage area.
