After 2-weeks on the road—the Kingston Frontenacs will play 4-straight games on Tragically Hip Way, starting tomorrow night against the Sarnia Sting….its a chance for the black and gold to pick up some valuable points in the Eastern Conference standings…

“I think were 2 points from last and maybe 5 points out of 3rd so the conference is really tight and that means every game is huge for us..the weekend that just passed we only picked up 2 points so we dropped down in the standings but we have 4 games coming up at home and hopefully we can get as many points as we can here and make a push and try to move up in the standings rather than be towards the bottom like we are right now.”

Its an ongoing process and that process takes time but so far the overage Captain likes what he see’s..

“I think since the start of the year we’ve been getting better–we’ve been learning in practise and games …we’ve got a lot of young guys this year who need to see what its like to win and lose in this league..its not easy to win in this league so they have to understand that..even the older guys have to show up every night and be ready to just can’t put your stuff on and think your going to win–especially with our team this year so we have to make sure were mentally prepared every night.”
