A 33 year old Kingston man is facing numerous charges after vehicles were broken into in an underground parking garage at a Leroy Grant Drive apartment building.
Police say between the evening of November 18 and morning of the 19th a man managed to get into the parking garage.
While inside the suspect smashed the windows of several cars and took a number of items including a laptop, GPS unit, expensive jackets and sunglasses.
Investigators reviewed security video and were able to identify the suspect.
On Sunday morning, an arrest was made in the area of Princess and Victoria Streets.
Jonathan Hood is charged with four counts each of theft and mischief, along with two counts of possession of stolen property.
