Man caught in government office after hours

A 41 year old man of no fixed address is facing charges after being found by in a provincial government office in Kingston after hours.

On Tuesday, the Service Ontario office on Division Street closed at the usual 5 p.m., but just over an hour later a cleaner found a man hiding in a washroom.

The man fled on foot, but was found by police a short time later and arrested.

He has been charged with “break-out of a non-dwelling unit” and possession of break-in tools.
