An Odessa woman who was waiting for a new liver has passed away.
CKWS News reported on Kimberly Silver’s situation last month.
The 46 year old was diagnosed with liver disease three years ago.
Her condition became critical in mid-December and she was hospitalized.
Silver’s son and daughter made a plea for a live donor and while one may have been found, she was not well enough to undergo the surgery.
The woman’s daughter, Ashley Silver advised CKWS News that Kimberly passed away on Sunday afternoon at Kingston General Hospital.
