A three year old child has suffered minor injuries after being hit by a car in Trenton.
Provincial Police say it happened just after 4 p.m. Wednesday on Dundas Street West.
The toddler was in the back seat of a taxi with a parent and was buckled up at the time, with the door locked.
Police believe the child may have been playing with seat belt and door lock, then when the cab turned a corner the boy fell from the vehicle and was hit by another car.
He suffered minor injuries.
Police say no charges will be laid.
