A 22 year old Kingston man is facing charges after a violent outburst at the Frontenac Mall.
Police say it happened Monday just before 6 p.m.
The man is alleged to have smashed a gaming console in one of the mall’s stores, slamming his fist against a window and kicking over signs and displays.
He also threatened to slash car ties in the mall parking lot and was seen smashing a car window before leaving.
Officers found him a short time later walking around cars at a nearby car dealer.
When confronted by police he resisted arrest and force had to be used to handcuff him.
He is charged mischief, causing a disturbance and resisting arrest.
