Kingston Police nab three in drug trafficking ring

Kingston and Brockville Police have teamed up to arrested three suspected drug dealers.

In March, the Kingston drug unit began an investigation into a local man suspected of drug trafficking.

On Tuesday, the man and a woman went to Brockville together, where they are believed to have picked up a quantity of cocaine.

When they returned to Kingston, their car was stopped on Montreal Street, near Highway 401.

A search turned up a package with cocaine that is worth about $100,000 on the street.

A search warrant executed on a Queen Street residence resulted in more cocaine being seized along with a quantity of cash.

A Kingston man and woman – both 32 – and a 29 year old Brockville man have been charged.
