“Every job we chart the time just to make sure that we know for each trade. so this building started at 7. We chart how long it takes to frame, we chart how long it takes to put the roof on.”
And with people coming from all points of the compass a project like this brings all walks of life together.
“It’s a great sense of unity and togetherness and we’re part of the United Pentecostal church international and it’s just terrific to see this happening.”
And for 75 congregation members this moment has been a long time coming.
” It’s certainly exciting for the local congregation because we’ve not had a permanent church building for a few years now.”
” It’s like we’ve been waiting for Christmas for several years and it’s finally here so I mean we’re very excited.”
“Barring anything unforeseen in the construction schedule, the New Life Church plans to hold their first service this Sunday at 11 am.
