CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS
- Contest is open to all residents of Ontario, eighteen years of age or over except employees of participating sponsors, CORUS ENTERTAINMENT KINGSTON, members of their immediate families or persons domiciled under the same roof.
- To enter the contest, fill out a ballot on-line at www.ckwstv.com. All winners and qualifiers will be randomly chosen from all entries received. All winners and qualifiers will be contacted by telephone. In the event that CKWS-TV cannot reach the winner / qualifier within a period of thirty days and after diligent efforts, CKWS-TV reserves the right to randomly select another winner / qualifier. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
- No substitutions will be made, cash or otherwise. Winners will be responsible for picking up their prizes at CKWS-TV, 170 Queen Street, Kingston, Ontario, K7K 1B2, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 5:00p.m.. Transfer of the prizes will not be accepted.
- By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph and /or image in all form of media for the promotion of this contest.
- All ballots beceome the property of CKWS-TV
- The odds of winning / qualifying depends on the total numbers of entries received
- This contest may be terminated by CKWS-TV at any time
- This contest is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws
- By entering the contest, contestants agree to abide by the contest rules and regulations and the decisions of the contest organization, which are final.
- CKWS-TV and all participating partners and sponsors shall not be liable for the nonfulfillment of their obligations under the present rules, nor any damage resulting from the participation to the prizes or resulting from an act of God or reason beyond its control.
